How we started
From the Finance Desk to Your Dealership
Our founders spent years working inside dealership finance departments — structuring deals, managing lender relationships, chasing stips, and closing funding. They understood firsthand how a single missed document or a poorly structured deal could cost a dealer thousands of dollars and weeks of frustration.
In 2022, they launched Remote Dealer Solutions with a simple premise: give independent dealers access to a full-service, remote finance department without the overhead of hiring, training, and retaining in-house F&I staff.
Today, Remote Dealer Solutions partners with independent dealerships across the country, handling everything from credit application review and deal structuring to stipulation management, lender follow-up, and funding coordination — all remotely, all securely, all under strict confidentiality.
